Window balance for atrium vertical window

Question

I need to find a single replacement window balance for my atrium vertical window. Measuring according to you guide video came to 27 inches. If I need to buy them in the pair that's fine. Also do you by chance sell the little balance catch clips. That is also broken on my window.
