See our 15-104 Caradco Friction Shoe. Compare with your old part and see if you think this is what you're looking for. Keep in mind if you need to replace the rest of your balance system, for this particular kind of window you likely need new jambliners. We do not carry these; but a local millwork should be able to help you out. 

Hm, I'm afraid we won't be able to provide a shoe with a slotted hole. Do you thin you could possibly replace your pin with our 20-016? That would be our only possibility. If not, then you will indeed need to contact a mill work for new jamb liners. Let us know what you think. 

The 20-016 pivot just screws onto the sash, which is usually wood. Then the pin just goes in the round hole you see on the 15-104. That's pretty much it. Let me know if that can work for you.

Yes, you'll have to remove the sash to attach a new pin. There'd be no way to access it otherwise.

I want to stress that I cannot be 100% certain that the 20-016 can work for you. I've never come across your window before and this is really just an educated guess. You'll have to play around with it to know for sure.
