Window balance help

No idea on part number, manufacturer of the balance or window. It's been painted over a billion times.

Hello!
The 15-104 friction shoe is the only part we can supply, I'm afraid. We aren't able to replace the naked spring, unfortunately. Being that this is a wood window, your best bet would be to contact a local mill work for guidance. I am very sorry that we can't be of more help.
