Window balance help

Question

I have a number of windows in my home that need the balances replaced. A neighbor has identified the part as being S385-34 with option 3330 and a clip of 16-002.

I also have smaller windows by the same manufacture that need the balances replaced. The smaller window frame measures 33 3/4" wide by 34 5/8" high, the lower portion of the window, the part that opens measures 32 5/8" wide by 17 5/8" high. Can you provide the part number for the balances and clips for the smaller windows? Thanks.

I can, but not based on that information. I will need to see pictures of those smaller balances removed from the window. Alternatively, you can simply remove them and confirm the Series and length as you did with the S385-34.
