After texting with Steve, Itook better photos and measured the balances, they are 29 long and the window weighs 40 pounds

Hopefully this will be enough to identify them andi allow me to place an order.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance looks like a match. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best fit. If the window weighs 40 pounds, you can use the 2870 stamp option. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 39 to 42 pounds.
