Window balance in Florida

Question

Hi there, I was wondering if you can help identify my window balance so I can order some from you guys. Non-tilt

There is a label 28C USB on the long metal part.
The end shoes measures 15/16'', 1/2'', 15/16''
I'm not sure how IMG_6750.JPG measures.

Thank you for posting your photos on our discussion board. Have a closer look at our S380-29 channel balance. You want to make sure the depth of your bottom balance shoe measures 1". If everything looks good, then you should be ok to go. Since your stamping does not match with any of ours, you will need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the sash weight chart listed on the product page.
