Hello!
I'm afraid the only part we can supply is the 15-104 friction shoe. We don't sell replacements for the spring, unfortunately. If this is a wood window, you'll need to contact the original manufacturer. If it's vinyl, contacting a local millwork is your best bet. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
