Window balance items

Question

Windows won't stay up. Somebody removed the old windows balance items. These are pics from the same window in a different room. I have 2 windows I need to fix.

Thanks for posting. Please see our 15-199 pivot shoe and Series 165 coil spring. I think you'll find this hardware matches yours quite well.
