Your balance appears to be a match for our S380-26 or S385-26 channel balance but the best match depends on the depth of the bottom shoe. Our Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. Measure as shown below to determine the best replacement option. The stamp on your balance is outdated so you'll need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart under the product description on the S380-26 and S385-26 store pages to determine the appropriate spring strength option for your balance.
