Window balance needed

Hi,

I spoke with your customer service department.

They stated I needed to email photos of the length, width, and color of the end pieces.

Please see the attached photos of the balance indicating the length, width, and color of the end pieces needed.

Please let me know what I need to do to get two replacement window balances.

Hello,

The balance assembly shown in your photos is a similar design to our Series 751, but that shoe is a different style than the 15-014 that comes with this assembly by default. It has that particular "U" shape that matches our 15-197, which we can supply through a custom order. You'll note right away that ours is black, not red, but that shouldn't matter. We've used the black version to replace the red before and found that it worked perfectly well.

I notice that your balance appears to have a rivet in the top hole, while our S751 balance comes with a rivet in the second hole. Could you confirm if there is a second rivet under the tape measure shown in your second photo? If not, we'd be happy to add a rivet to the top of the balance as part of the custom order. Thank you!
