Window balance needed

Hello Swisco,

I have 2 broken block and tackle type balances. The only identification is a stamp of 2430X on each one, no etched brand on the windows. They are 5/8 x 25". I can't seem to find any useful info on what replacements I need online, hoping you can help direct me.

Thanks for reaching out! Your balances look like they could be the Series 370 Channel Balance assembled with the 19-004 top guide and the 1" deep, 15-002 wingless bottom shoe. Since your balance is stamped with a 2430 and has a 25" length, you'll specifically need the S370-25 with a 2430 stamp option.

To determine if this is the right replacement for your existing balance, you'll need to confirm that these are the right attachments for your balance. If you are unsure, please provide clearer photos of both the top and bottom attachments.
