It looks like the springs broke and now the windows don?t stay up. Can I get new springs or do I need a new leveler?

Good question. Well I do want to first mention that the balance manufacturer that made your balanced has gone out of business, but we can still help. Although we can't see your entire balance, we believe you beed our S770-26 tilt balance with a 15-043 terminal clip attached to the cord. The stamp option you should go with is our 26C with a sash weight range of 17-22 pounds. Look it over and let us know if this works.
