Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. This looks like our Series 795 channel balance. Your stamp doesn't match any of our stamp options though. Could you weigh the window sash on a scale and tell us the precise weight?

The 15-195 shoe comes attached to this by default but you'll need to purchase the 15-195B separately and swap the shoes. The video below will go over how to do so. Please note that the S795 installs with a screw. If yours uses a hook instead, please let us know as this would have to be a custom order.

As for the pivot bar, take a look at the specifications for the 26-083 and see if they match what you need.

The sash wighs 20.5 lbs. Sorry it has taken so long to get back to this thread- we have had 2 hurricanes. Appreciate your help!

No problem at all. If the length of the metal channel is 20", you can select the 20D stamp option. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 18 to 22 pounds. If the length of the metal channel is 21", you can select the 21D stamp option. A pair of balances with this stamp will support a sash weighing 18 to 22 pounds.

Please let me know if you have any questions!
