Window balance replacement

Question

Hi the old invoice says HVCMC7 and the metal strip without the white clips measures 20?. And the inside of the strip with pulley and spring in it looks like 1/2?

Please tell me the replacement part number and cost per balance.

Hello, Rob. Chances are that you can go with our S385-20 channel balance as a replacement. These are assembled with a 19-005 balance shoe top and 15-004 bottom balance shoe. For the option, your stamping of "19-5" will correspond to our 1950 which holds a sash weight of 17-21 pounds. Look it over and let us know what you think.
