We purchased our home new in 2002. The window balance on an upstairs single hung window broke and needs replaced. I was told, based on the AAMA silver certificate manufacture code PHP-28, that it was a Phillips window. Also, told they are out of business.
Hopefully you can recommend a replacement part.
