Where can I order 1 of these? Is it better to replace both sides? It's a non-tipout window.

Thanks for posting. Confirm that the metal channel, not including the end attachments, is 21" long. If so, see our S380-21 or S385-21. The only difference between these two channel balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. Compare both with your old balance to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2030.
