Window balance replacement

The windows won't stay up I'm hoping replacing these will do the trick has a blue plastic that holds the info's at the bottom the spring and string plus a 1/4 thick metal rod with the spring looks about half in and from top to bottom looks like 18 and 1/2 in. At the very top has a little metal clip to screw in place

Hey there. This old crossbow balance is no longer made, but one of our tilt window channel balances can replace it. Measure the diameter of the spring. If it is 1/2", the Series 795 Channel Balance will work for you. The video below shows how.
