Window balance replacement needed

I have a customer who has every window balance in their house in need of replacement. I understand this type has been discontinued and I'm looking for some help.

Thanks for posting. These old crossbow balances are indeed no longer made, but you can replace them with our Series 795 Channel Balance. The video below takes you through the entire process. Take a look and let me know if you have questions.
