I order parts for the handyman business I work for and I need help figuring out what I need to order. I know you cannot tell me specifics from these pictures like the weight I need to order for the coils. Two coils have the stamp "C" on them and the other two have "CL". one of the pieces of plastic housing has the number three on the back and another has the number two. The plastic sliding pieces both have "PAT #5,139,291" on them as well as "75". One says "7B" and the other says "E". Thats about all the info I have.

This is quite the pile of parts. Looks like you need a tilt latch, pivot shoe, coil spring, and pivot bar. I'll make my recommendations in that order:

Lastly, the plastic cover for the springs is no longer made. The modern version is made up of three components, which you'd need per spring: 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145.

In all cases, make sure to compare our dimensions and photos to your original parts to verify that they match.

Thank you, Tom! We were able to weigh the window, and it is 20.8 lbs. I believe the window has double coils on each side of the window. Are you able to tell me the specific coils I need to order with that given information, as well as the pictures I previously posted?

Sure, the way these work is you take the sash weight and divide that by how many springs support it. So for a sash weight of 20.8 pounds, divided by 4 (two on each side), that gives you close to 5 pounds. Our S152-5 should work perfectly well.
