Window balance sash

Do you what part I can purchase to replace this balance sash for my single hung windows?

This is an old rod type balance that is unfortunately no longer made. The good news is that we found a modern replacement in the form of our Series 795 channel balance. This is a different part made for a different window, but if you don't mind getting your hands dirty then it should work well for your application.

First, make sure that the diameter of the spring on your old balance is 1/2". If so, then you can follow the steps outlined in the video below.
