Hello, Glen. These old crossbow style balances are unfortunately obsolete and not made anymore. The good news is that you can use one of our modern channel style balances to replace them.
As long as the spring is 1/2" in diameter, then our Series 795 will work with alterations. I have a video guide for you that will explain how this can be done, step by step.

Hi Glen,
Yes, the sashes will need to be weighed. From there you will need to refer to the strength chat on the lengths S795 product page to determine which stamp option you need to support the window sash.
As for the pivot bar, did your original dimensions match up to either shown in the video? If you are still unsure, please provide a picture of your original pivot bar with dimensions. Thank you!
