Balance is stamped "3440". The metal part is 35" long, it is 5/8" deep, and 9/16" wide.

Hello there!

It looks like you need either our S380-35 or S385-35 with the 3440 spring strength option. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom fitting as shown in the image below. You'll need to measure yours to determine which one you'll need for this repair.
