Window balance and cart

Question

Get some old windows when I need to replace the balances. Tube od is 5.5in tip red. Length without tip 28 in. Can you please identify that part for me?
Cart width is 1.25in height 2.00in depth.54.
I can swivel the window to take it out only.
I don't know if this is considered a swivel window

Hello, thank you for posting,

It appears your window either uses the 5/8" diameter Series 600 (actual measurement 9/16") or the 3/8" diameter tube Series 900 spiral balance. Please measure the dimeter to confirm the correct series. You will need to match up the length of the tube and the colored tip as well.
