Window balance and coil?

Hi there, not sure what parts I need to get.
THe diameter of the balance is 9/16", the length is 37" on the tube only.
No weight indicated on window, when I measure the sash, it weights 39.5 lbs
the balance and this little plastic thing is broken on both sides of this window

Hello! Right off the bat, your pivot shoe reminds me strongly of our 15-048. I think this may be just the party ou need, but review our specs and see if you agree.

As for the spiral balance, our S600-37 looks like a good fit. The Black Tip color option holds sash weights in the 31 through 40 pound range, so that should be perfect.

Amazing, looks right. The window total weight is 39lbs, but since we need a pair of the balance, shouldnt I get the red tip one, so 39/2 = 20? Just for my education

No, the color tips for our balances are weighted under the assumption that two balances will be carrying the load. You wouldn't divide it in half. The Black Tip will carry your sash weight perfectly.

our pivot shoes (15-046) need replacing. Do we need to replace the spiral balnce as well S600-37?

Not necessarily, no. As long as your balance is still in good working condition I see no reason why you have to replace that.
