Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see the metal clip attached to the end of your channel balance pulley to narrow down your options. As for the pivot shoe, take a look and compare the 15-105 to yours.

Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for your original tilt latches. With that being said, take a look and compare the screw hole placements of our 26-394 latch pair to see if this might work for your application. You'll also need to make sure the width will fit your sash frame.

Your original pivot bar was also discontinued but the 26-241 was recommended as a possible replacement. The determining factor would be if the measurements would fit your sash frame and installation hole placement. Thank you!

Thank you for your help.  I have ordered parts and we will see how it goes.

It's our pleasure! Keep in mind that we would still need to see the balance clip at the end of the pulley to confirm the correct replacements.

Here is the picture of the connection.  I'm not sure how it fits into the pivot shoe.  Also the balance appears to attach only by pressure between the frame and two screws.  Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like you would need the S770-30 channel balances with the 62-105 hook attached, which we can supply through a custom order. First, we'll need to know the exact weight of the sash the balance support to determine the spring strength needed for your replacements. We'll also need to know the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two.
