Window balance and shoe replacement

Question

Hi, I think I need to order 2 of the 28C balances for a single hung tilt in window that I have but I think I need a specialized clip for an oval shape that's referenced on the website. I've attached pictures of the hole and one of the balances I already have.
I also would like to confirm if I should be using 15-194 T Lock balance shoes if I have a tilt in window? My broken shoe is an inch wide.

Thanks for reaching out! You'll need the S795-28 with a 15-198 Balance Clip attachment on them. I've forwarded the quote for the balances to your email but the 15-194 shoe is sold separately, so you'll need to add them to the cart from the website to have them ship with the order.
