Hello,

Can you help me identify the window balance and shoes?
The number on the balance is 2630; the total length of the balance is 26.9 Inches.

Based on your photos, you have either our S390-27 or S351-27. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is best.
