Window balance and top piece

Question

Needing help identifying the correct window balance and top "keeper" piece. The balance is 21" ans has embossed BSI 2040. It is 1/2" wide.

The top keeper piece that attaches to the window is 1" x 1-1/4" on the top section.

For a new channel balance, please review the S350-21 with a 2040 stamp option. Compare the overall style of the attachments to confirm a good fit!

For the top sash guide, the window sash will need to be removed where we can see a face on view of an undamaged version. From there we can narrow down our selection to determine if we can supply a suitable replacement option. Thank you!
