I am looking for the this particular balance for 3 windows and also the window locks.

Your lock resembles our 90-026 but compare our dimensions with yours to confirm this matches what you need. As for the balance, can you show us how it attaches to the sash at the bottom corners?
Thank you! Depending on the outer tube's diameter, it looks like you could have either the 3/8" diameter Series 400 or 5/8" diameter Series 500. We also have a blog article on these types of balances here that you may find helpful.
These balances are compatible with a large handful of brackets so I'm afraid we can't suggest a particular one without pictures of the original as a reference. There's just too many possibilities. You can see our selection here.
