Unfortuantely we cannot confirm the series of balance from the pictures provided. To further review, we will need to see the window sash removed where we can see the pivot shoe at the bottom of the balance that the pivot bar on the window sash engages with. From there we can get a better idea of a possible replacement option. Thank you!

We recommend reviewing the style of the Series 795 channel balance as a replacement option. This channel balance uses a 1-1/4" width T-lock shoe. 

I see a 26C stamp in your first pictures, but cannot make out the other picture.

A 26C stamp should translate to a 26" metal channel and the 26C stamp can support a 17 to 22 lb window sash. Please compare all dimensions to confirm a good fit and let us know if there are any discrepancies. We recommend weighing the window sash to confirm the range above.
