The metal piece is 26 in long and it is 9/16 wide. I would need four of these. I hope you can find them.

Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us, Dawn. We should be able to help with this. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. Can you also measure the bottom shoe as shown below and tell us what you get?

Ok, the wing is; 1/4 inch and the depth is; 1 inch and 1/16th

Great, thank you! Our S380-26 or S385-26 with the 2540 stamp option look like matches. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. I wonder if yours was once 1-3/32" but wore down to 1-1/16" over time from use. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
