Window balancer

Hello there. The first two digits of the stamp don't refer to the channel length, but instead the height of visible glass in the window. The channel is usually 1" longer. I am sure we can help, but that stamp is not an identifier; it just tells us the balance's strength. Please show us clear photos of the nylon attachments at both ends. The combination of attachments will determine what you need.

Thanks for getting back to me. See either the S380-29 or S385-29. The only difference between these two channel balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See the diagram below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2850.
