Window balancer

A contractor from Pennsylvania says:
Did not find any marking on window at all. Old style window. balancers are inside of side jambs. The window sashes are tilt out and need to both be removed to then remove side jamb where both balancers are then slid into the jamb from the top of the jamb.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

The only part that we would be able to supply is the friction shoe shown in your photos, which is our 15-104.

Unfortunately, we can't supply jamb liners or the internal springs. If you need the entire assembly and you have wood window sashes, a local millwork should be able to assist you. If not, you'd need to contact the window manufacturer directly. Thanks for posting!
