Window balancer

Thanks for reaching out! I am confident there is a replacement balance that we can supply you with however, before we move forward, I'll need to see how the balance attaches to the top of the window.

Some balances are made with a screw tab, which is how our standard balances are assembled. However, there are others made with a hook. If yours does have a hook and the space at the top of the window where the hook attaches is not square in shape, you'll need the balance with a hook. In this case, it will need to be a custom order.

Perfect, thanks for clarifying. That makes things a lot easier. In that case, my recommendation is to buy our S795-28 as-is, in addition to our 15-194 shoe (sold separately). This is a 1" wide shoe and smaller than the one that comes with the Series 795 by default, but they're very easy to swap out. The video below will show you how.
