Window balancer

Question

I believe it needs the Series 795. It has a 1 1/4 bottom piece. The rod shown would be your 24. What other info do I need to get the correct replacement part numbers

Thanks for posting. You are correct, this old crossbow balance can be replaced with the Series 795 Channel Balance. If the bottom shoe is 1-1/4" wide, then you know you can use the T-Lock Shoe that comes attached to the Series 795 by default. If the rod is 24" long, then you know you need the S795-24. You'll also need the exact weight of the window sash these balances support, and to verify the pivot bar needed. The video below explains everything. Let us know if you have further questions.
