Window balancer

Thanks for writing in! This window balance is similar to a few we supply. I'm confident we have a replacement but I'll need to see a photo of the piece connecting the spring and the cord (string) in the middle/center of the balance.

Thanks for the additional photos. You'll need either the S380-28 or the S385-28 to replace this balance. To determine which of these is the series you have, confirm the depth of the shoe.

Our 2750 stamp option will support a sash (window) weighing 26 to 30lbs.
