Window balancer

Question

My window balancer does not have a marking or stamp.   Is there another way to figure out the weight size I need ( specially the weight )

Hello there. It's tough to tell from photos, but if the metal channel not including the nylon end attachments is 26" long, then you have either the S380-26 or S385-26, depending on the shoe depth. See below. To know what stamp option to pick, weigh the window sash these balances support. Placing it on a bathroom scale will do. You can use that exact weight to choose the right stamp.
