Window balancer

Thanks for reaching out. The coil shoe pictured here reminds me of the 15-191 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe. I'm confident this is the correct replacement, but take a look over the specifications and compare them. 

It is commonly used with the 26-241 Pivot Bar.

For the coil balance springs, you'll need the 1/2" wide Series 160 Coil Balance. The 15-150D can replace the support. Take a look at the tutorial, tagged below this thread, for instructions on selecting the correct coil weight option. The tutorial shows different assemblies but the process is the practically the same.
