Window balancer model

I need your help to identify the model.
It's a 1/2 inch channel and 27 inches in length.
Thanks.

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we have the balances you need. Although, to determine the correct one, I'll need to see a clearer photo of the bracket connecting the spring and the string. I'll also need to know the stamp from the metal channel.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Please see the attached images.
I didn't see any stamp from the metal channel.
But I my measurement says 1/2 inch and 27 inch.
Thanks,
Tri

Thanks for the additional photos. Your balances can be replaced with either the S380-27 or the S385-27. You'll need to measure your shoe's depth to confirm the right series.

Since your balance channel does not have a stamp, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash. There is a chart below the product description on the balance page that lists the weight range each option can support.

Comparison of the S378, S380 and S385 balance shoes.

Hi,
I found the stamp (on the opposite balancer). The stamp is
26   4   DV   CMC (Q?)    7
The shoe length is 1inch so it would be S380 I believe.
We need the option now.
Thanks,
Tri

Hi Tri,

You'll most likely need the 2640 stamp option, which will support a sash weighing 19 to 26lbs. It is encouraged to double check the sash weight to confirm it falls in that range.

Thanks for the timely replies so far.

Last one, hopefully do you have the part for the clip shown in the attached?

Thanks,

Tri

Hi Tri,

My pleasure to assist. The clip you have here is mostly likely the 16-002 Take Out Clip. Take a look over the dimensions below and compare them to be sure.
