Narrowed it down to 350, 380, 385 but cannot tell which one of the 3

Thanks for posting. This looks like an S385-28. Just double check the depth of the bottom nylon shoe to be sure. Based on your stamp of 27 3 as well as the weight of your window sash that you've helpfully provided, you should select a stamp option of 2730. Many thanks!
