Window balancer part
Overall metal channel is 19". It is attached by a single screw at top of balancer. Stamping is DB L02 18 HD. I will replace both. Channel is 1/2 inch inside measurement. It is off weather shield window. The part is tan and has a knife point lock on bottom. Channel is 9/16 in width

Thanks for reaching out to us. The S751-19 with the 18HD stamp option comes to mind. The default shoe this balance comes with is the 15-014 but I'm not sure if your metal tab is the same as ours. Can you confirm? Could we also see a photo of the clip that mounts the balance to the top of the window?
It looks like one of your photos didn't come through. If the metal tab is different from ours, we can't promise our shoe will work but it is our best option. The Series 751 also uses an S-clip like the 19-029 and 19-030 to install. However, you would have to carefully drill holes in the top of the metal channels to reuse the old installation screw if your balance screws to the top of the window track.
