Window balancer parts

Thanks for posting. This is called a T-Lock Shoe. It is typically found connected to Series 795 Channel Balances. From what I can make out, you might need the 15-195 1-1/4" wide shoe with the open cam, but without seeing an undamaged version this is just a guess. Compare with the dimensions below and see if this matches an undamaged version of this shoe. Let us know if anything seems off.
