Window balancer shoe lock

Thanks for posting. I don't believe we have an exact match for this pivot shoe, but we still should be able to help. Can you tell me the width and thickness of your old shoe? Those dimensions should help narrow down potential substitutes. Many thanks. 

Thanks for getting back to us. We unfortunately don't sell a shoe that matches those exact dimensions with this same design. I would say that our best option is the 15-129, but this measures 9/16" thick, not 1/2". I recommend triple checking that measurement just to be safe.
