Window balancers

Question

Geinow single hung non tilt window. Dimension is 45.25 inches by 29 inches high. The metal balancer is 27 inches long by 9/16; dimension is for the metal part not including the plastic on each end. The marking on the balancer is 26 6 CX CMC 7. One of the balancer is not working but we will get two plus the plastic part at each end as well. Thank you.

Note: there is nothing else imprinted on the balancer outside of what shown in the picture attached.

Your 9/16" channel balance looks like either our S351-27 or S390-27 balance. The difference between the two balances lies in the shoe.

The series 351 channel balance has the 15-002 shoe while the series 390 channel balance has the 15-001 shoe.The 15-001 shoe is 1/8" larger from front to back. Once you have determined the balance series that you need you'll want to select spring strength option 2660.
