Window balancers

Question

I have Quaker Manchester double hung windows most of them don't hold theirselves up anymore the plastic pivot pieces are broke and can't find the parts for them

Hello there. This looks like the 15-236 T-Lock Shoe, which has a groove in the stem so it fits to older versions of these balances with that recessed bottom.
