Window balancers / parts

Question

Hi - I'm looking for 23" window balancers or parts for my brand Silverline Windows. Please provide possibly the nine shown on your web site (the right one?)
please provide cost for blancers, lower plastic coupling (not sure if these are replaceable) and cost to ship.

Hi there Mark.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Based on your photos, the Series 795 indeed looks like a match. Your balance appears to use the 15-195B open cam shoe so you'll have to purchase this separately and swap it with the default shoe. The video below will show you how to do so. There should also be a stamp on the metal channel that indicates what option to select.

Please note that the Series 795 installs with a screw. If your balance uses a hook, please let us know! We can still help but it will have to be a custom order.
