This is possibly an S380-29, with a stamp option of 2830. However, confirm the shoe's depth, or 'heel-to-toe' measurement. If it's 1", then the Series 380 will work fine. If it's 7/8" however, you'll need balances with our 15-029 shoe attached instead, which we can make for you via a custom order. Just let me know.

If it's more than 7/8" but just less than 1", I think the Series 380 should work fine. Most likely the shoe just wore down a bit from age. In a worst case scenario, if the shoe proves to be too deep, you could always lightly sand down the heel a bit; just note that modified hardware cannot be returned for a refund.
