Thank you for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe is a match for the 15-177, and you can reuse the old springs if they're in good shape.

For new springs, see the Series 152. You'll have to check the spring band for a stamped weight code as well.

The 15-177 is compatible with a handle of different pivot bars, but the best match ultimately depends on the original. If you can show us an undamaged one removed from the window sash, we can narrow down some options.
