Thanks for posting. Please confirm that the length of the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments at either end, is 19". If so, see our S377-19 Channel Balance. Look over the specifications on the product page just to be sure they match your old parts. You will need to select a stamp option. The stamp option you show of 1820 is for a window sash in the weight range of 8 through 12 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.
