Vinyl framed single hung windows. No brand markings. Tilting. 2 latches on sash.

Unfortunately, the old-style crossbow balance shown in your photos is no longer available but you can follow the conversion video below to use the S795 channel balances in your window as long as the original balance springs measure 1/2" in diameter. Take a look and thanks for posting!
